USE OF INFORMATION & PRIVACY POLICY
Values4Antiques.com will NOT Share, Sell or Rent any information applicable to you. Information
regarding your membership or related specifics will not be given or sold to any other organization and
is to be used for the sole purpose of validating your Subscription and Payment in connection with the
use of this Site or to communicate with you directly.
By uploading material to any forum or by submitting any comments, recommendations, data or images ("information") to us, you automatically grant (or represent and warrant to us that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) to us a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, nonexclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, sublicense, translate, create derivative works of and distribute such information worldwide and/or incorporate such information into any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed. In addition, you represent and warrant to us that all so-called moral rights in the information have been waived.

SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
Your Values4Antiques.com subscription will be automatically renewed on a monthly or yearly basis.
For your convenience, we will bill the monthly or annual subscription to the Payment Method you
provide to us during registration (PayPal or Credit Card), unless and until you cancel your membership. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month or year in order to avoid billing of the next month's/year's subscription fees. You are not eligible to receive refunds once your Payment Method has been billed.
You may cancel your subscription to Values4Antiques.com at anytime. Your access will remain active until the end of the Billing Period for which we have received payment and it will simply not renew.
To cancel your Subscription on PayPal, you must do so through your PayPal Account, as follows:
1) Log In to your PayPal account. 2) Click the History tab. 3) Click the Details of the subscription in
question. 4) Click Cancel Subscription.
If you paid by Credit Card through 2CheckOut, please send us an email with your intention to Cancel at Info@Values4Antiques.com.
